If OmniWatch detects suspicious activity, you will receive an alert explaining what was detected and recommended next steps. If you need help reviewing the alert or responding to the situation, OmniWatch specialists are available to help investigate and guide you through the recovery process.
In many cases, yes. OmniWatch specialists can provide guidance and support if you are already dealing with identity theft, fraud, or a scam.
However, identity theft insurance coverage generally applies only to incidents that occur after your plan becomes active.
You can cancel your OmniWatch plan at any time by logging in to your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. You can reach our support team at (877) 892-8249, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time (excluding holidays).
